Qualified Customization Methods: 1-Color Print (e.g. screen printing and pad printing) Laser Engraving Deboss Embroidery (apparel products only) Exceptions apply. Please inquire about Embroidery and Full-Color Customizations on Hard Goods and Drinkware with our team. Maximum Quantity per order: Apparel: 100 units per item. Hard Goods: 600 units per item. For orders above these maximum quantities, please contact our team. Additional Charges: USD $55 per item. If your artwork file isn't ready for production, a fee will be added to your order and it may add a day in production. Freight is calculated after the order is submitted. Yes, the pricing includes the cost for decoration. However, the pricing on the site does NOT include freight or tax charges. These will be calculated after you submit your order.
Absolutely. Start by choosing your products and adding them to your cart. If you have your vector art, upload it for each item - that way we can begin creating your virtual proofs right away. Once we have your designs ready, you’ll be able to access the proofs in our portal and you can download them as well. If the proofs look ok, you can approve your order and we’ll provide your invoice.
You can select your products, enter in your quantities and select your desired decoration method. You do NOT have to upload your artwork at this stage, but you can if you have it ready for any of the products. Once you’ve selected your products, you can download your estimate pdf or submit your estimate request so we can start verifying your order.
Yes, just toggle on the “This is a sample” switch on the product page. Then you can order up to 3 unbranded (undecorated) samples.
